Hello there,
This error is usually monitored when you change your java location.
Please first try uninstall and install of dispatcher. Also recreate the dispatcher scripts.
If this doesn't help run Windows Services and try to find MXDispatcher Service.
Start it from there.
This workaround will trigger the dispatcher and it would be in running state. If you now start/stop it from the IC it would operate normally.
Maybe someone could comment what is the reason behind this?
